Maidcor was established in 2004 by Tricia Marquardt and Brian Delveaux to provide high quality residential and commercial cleaning to the Green Bay area. They quickly used their combined 24 years of business and cleaning experience to make Maidcor the Premier cleaning company in the Green Bay area. Bringing you the best possible service has been and always will be the #1 goal of Maidcor.

Maidcor's Staff is Responible, Bonded and Insured

Our residential cleaning service staff is thoroughly screened, professionally trained, covered by workers compensation insurance, liability insurance and motivated by your satisfaction. Maidcor is locally owned, operated, bonded and insured. Our workers are employees, not unsupervised, independent contractors. The team assigned to your home will always show up, neatly groomed and attired, on the scheduled cleaning day.

We Always Bring Our Own Equipment and Cleaning Supplies

Since we bring the cleaning supplies and equipment, you won't have to buy those household supplies, that clog up your laundry room or garage, any longer. We use supplies that are effective, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Maidcor guarantees complete statisfaction.

If you are not 100% satisfied, simply call us by 11:00 a.m. the next morning and we'll re-clean that area for Free!

We Visit. We Don't Move In.

We'll spend the time that's needed on our first cleaning visit to be sure to get rid of the old dirt, dust and grime that may have accumulated. Think of it as a spring cleaning. Since Maidcor uses cleaning teams and efficient cleaning methods, we won't be in your home (or in your hair) all day during subsequent cleaning visits.

We Have Flexible Scheduling

We will work with you and your schedule to find the right time for our cleaning visits. Choose from weekly, biweekly or monthly cleaning...whatever fits your needs.
